Myrddin Winery Barrel Club 2007

 

What :

The Myrddin Barrel Club is a small group of special people who participate integrally in the wine production process by purchasing a barrel that will be used to make Myrddin wine.

Benefits :

Receive (1) case of wine per year for (3) years (a total of 36 bottles).  Wine choice is up to you.  Limited production wines may be excluded.

 

A name plaque on your barrel.

 

Attend Club Member only events.

 

Club Member only barrel tastings.

 

Early notification of new releases and end of wine warnings.

 

Schedule :

Barrel Club Members who join in 2007 will be purchasing barrels that will be put into use for the 2007 harvest.  These wines will be ready for consumption late 2008 or early 2009.

2007 Members will be eligible to pick up their first case of wine in September of 2008.  The second case will be picked up in September 2009 and the third case in September of 2010. Membership expires on the 3rd anniversary of becoming a Barrel Club Member. Members are encouraged to renew for the next (3) years.

 

2007 Cost :

The barrels we will be purchasing for the 2007 harvest will be a combination of Canton Cooperage, Keystone Cooperage, French, and a Hungarian Cooperage.  

 

The cost of sponsoring one of these barrels is $500 per barrel.
